Was there any way President Obama could have Nancy Pelosi step down since she knew of waterboarding?

Unfortunately No, as Speaker of the House she is elected by the Democratic House Caucus. President Obama would be crossing the line between the Administrative and the Legslative Branchs of Government. Nice thought though.

linda- Nancy P may havve known what was going on but she cant reveal what she knew by law. I'm not sure why you want to punish her for what evils the bush admin. did.
