Which is the best blogging platform - Hubpages or Blogger ( In terms of blogging and making money online)

Blogger though a part of Google is not per se a writer's site. Blogger can have gadgets and widgets added but Hubpages is a community website that can not be modified. As Uninvitedwriter said you make more money on hubpages because the site is interdependent and not independent.
Hubpages is best because of the increased traffic.

HubPages is not a blogging platform, therefore Blogger wins that contest.
That being said, I have made more money from HubPages than Blogger. Like $100 from HubPages to $1 from Blogger :)

i think for money Hubpages win but for blogger you can specialization your own preview
