Do People Of Israel Believe Jesus Is God?

The people of Israel only believe in the Old Testament. They are still waiting for the Messiah to come. They do not believe that Jesus is God.

The Jewish people ("the people of Israel") do not believe Jesus was a god. Neither do Muslims, although they hold him in great respect as one of the greatest prophets, second only to Mohammad.

Christian belief about Jesus's divinity is much more complicated. He is generally given the title "the son of God" but he is represented in the Holy Trinity as "God the Son" and most Christians believe he was both fully human and fully divine.

Like I said, complicated.

No, they don't. They don't belief in him at all. They are still waiting for the "Messias". The Bible don't say that he was the Allmighty God, it says that he was the Son of God. And so he said himself.

People of Israel is a very General Term,

We can be more Specific as Jewish People,

Most of them do not believe in Jesus Christ as the Messiah,

but there are many who have started accepting Christ as their Saviour.

Do you know what nations constitute Israel? If you think it's only the Jews then you are completely deceived or poorly taught, possibly both.

If you knew who Israel was you would then know that quite a few of them believe that Jesus is God.

Here is where the Gospel message went:

James 1:1 (KJV) James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.

To the twelve tribes which includes the erroneously called Lost ten Tribes.

Matt 10:6 (KJV) But go rather to the lost sheep of the House of Israel.

The Lord Himself gave His disciples the above instruction. The House of Israel is the so called lost ten tribes or the Northern Kingdom not the Jews. The Jews only represent one tribe - Judah.
