Just having returned from a 2-week trip to Europe (Russia, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, England, and Denmark), I noticed that they dress quite differently than Americans dress. Two quick answers are that Europeans generally wear black or brown shoes as opposed to white tennis shoes and that Europeans almost have a sweater or jacket with them. Look for my hub in the next day or two on how to pack for a European vacation.
