i have been waking up every morning at about5:00 and cant fall back asleep for awhile and feel nause

The first thing I thought of was pregnancy... Same symptoms I've had both times. Easy enough to get a pregnancy test. Some can test very early these days, days before you're period is due. Or, perhaps you have gastro-esophagael reflux disease. It's called GERD and is a fancy way of saying you have heartburn. This often occurs while lying down and can make you feel nauseous. I'd recommend seeing your doctor if this continues... Feel better.

Maybe, I had those same symptoms when I was pregnant with my now almost 4 yr old daughter; but the time was 3 am for me and that was the only morning sickness I experience during my pregnancy, which was during the first trimester only.

Go get a test and make sure you get the one that has 2 testers.

you cant really say that you are pregnant but my advice for you would to go see the doctor and it will be all good it might be pregnant but you have to know if they have been using a condom
