I have lots of skin nodules on my collar line and belt line.

First, I am not a medical doctor...well, actually not a doctor of any kind, so don't rely on what I say.

I have had similar things, and I have discussed them with my doctor. What I learned was that these develop as a result of excessive friction or pressure. What I know is that you probably don't want to remove them yourself because they are not just nerveless skin tags, and it will hurt. See a doctor. If they are what I've experienced your doctor will give you a topical anesthetic, cut them off, and put a band-aid where they were. Problem solved.
