Do I need to have any experience to join google adsense?
Do I need to have any experience to join google adsense? like-I created my account on hubpages 2weeks before.Can I apply to adsense now? Or do I need to wait for a time period?

It was my experience that you have to have something published for the Adsense guru to evaluate for advertising content.
If you have a personal blog, you can direct Adsense to that URL or if you have hubs, direct it to those.
I am not aware of anyone obtaining an Adsense account without having something published first. Afterall, Adsense is advertisments related to written content. If there is no content to relate to... how can Adsense determine if "they" will make a profit from "you"?

I got mine within 6 hours, but I've heard some people say that they had to wait six months. I have a theory that if you have had a Gmail account for a long time then you get your Adsense account much quicker.
