What are the criteria for getting a better Alexa ranking?
I will prefer a full hub on this.

I can't really answer this, other than I think you need to get more traffic, which means promoting your site, which is a huge subject.
I would add this to the question though... Does Alexa ranking really matter? Why? (I don't know)...
