How many calories in a can of Coke and Pepsi?

Pretty sure its 170 on most of the regular sodas. Diet, zero. Coke Zero tastes the best.

I don't know about Coca Cola, but I can answer about Pepsi because my hubby works in Pepsi.

1 can of Pepsi is depends about what kind of soda.

For Diet Pepsi, Diet Pepsi Max, Diet Pepsi Cherry, Diet Pepsi Lime all of them is zero calorie. For Diet Pepsi One which use Splenda of course only 1 calories in 1 can.

For regular Pepsi is 170 calories in 1 can....big different.

diet sodas cause cancer and obesity. they're also horribly addictive. numerous scientific studies have confirmed that artificial sugar is incredibly dangerous to your health.

please, if you get a craving, reach for the original. otherwise... avoid soda entirely.
