What LadyHub is saying is very true. Healthy eating is one of the most important things to do, but that on it's own won't be enough to lose body fat.

Exercise is one of the best ways to lose body fat. But it is important to choose the correct exercises. If you do too much cardio exercise, you may risk losing your lean muscle mass. And if you do only weight training you won't get fit and improve your cardiovascular health.

So, you can see it is very tricky to lose stomach fat. But it is one of the most important things to do. As excess stomach fat can lead to many life threatening diseases like heart attack and diabetes.

How to lose stomach fat then? Eat small healthy meals more often, and exercise regularly. The best exercise for fat burn is a combination of cardio (no more than 20 minutes at a time), weight training and stress reduction exercises like Yoga or Pilates.

What is important is to lose that stomach fat before it kills you. But please do it the sensible and the healthy long term way. Fad crash diets only harm you in the long run. So stay away from them.

If you stay motivated and dedicated to achieving your goal, you will surely succeed and you will be healthier and happier than before!

O.K Basically if you are a man you are more prone to weight again around the waist , if a woman the majority of us gain it in our thighs and buttocks, however some women gain around the middle- apple shaped!

The best thing to do I think is to first take a look in your fridge and cupboards and clear out everything that is sweet, fatty and processed including all sorts of sodas and fizzy drinks. Your mind controls your body so when you think of food think of food for enjoyment, nourishment and for the benefits it can give to your body. Each time you pick up an unhealthy option spend 5 minutes thinking about the bad it will do to your body, chances are you will place it back right to where you picked it up. The idea is to train your mind to automatically reject all the bad foods to the point that if you were eating them you would not enjoy. Then go shopping so that you can follow the following menu.

Breakfast- Start with Hot water and lemon juice.

Porridge with low fat milk topped with banana, honey and some chopped nuts of your choice. Glass of fruit juice not concentrated 100% pure. If this is not enough for breakfast thats o.k, also have a boiled egg and a slice of wholemeal toast.

Snacks- pears, apple, unsalted nuts low fat yoghurt

Lunch- Tuna, salmon or any good quality fish. Have with plenty of tomatoes, lettuce, onion, chilli. Olive oil only for dressing. Low fat yoghurt

Dinner- veg with good quality protein such as fish, turkey and eggs. It could be a nice healthy omelette or a nice piece of turkey roasted with a jacket potato and salad/veg.

Don't reduce the amount of food you eat, just change your food. Don't eat anything that is processed try to cook everything yourself. Get yourself into the habit of eating well and you will notice not only weight loss but glowing skin and shiny hair. Plus each day that you wake up you will be looking forward to each and every meal as you know it will benefit your body. Drink plenty of water, have nice baths, exercise moderately and think yourself slim. I will write more about this subject in a hub. Take small steps and as you may have noticed I never use the word diet when it comes to weight loss.

Listen, depends how much fat and why you have so much fat in your stomach, if you are a woman or a man. If it is after you were pregnant then you should do abs every day or every other day, not so much, maybe 10 minutes, but do it well. If you drink beer, stop it! And you should walk 30 minutes at least 5 times a week. Do not eat after 6:30 p.m. and eat sugar just during weekends. Eat iogurt. Dance a lot. Do a cleanse. The truth is, exercise, build muscles and this will help! Good luck!
