1. Have unique topic and write on top keywords.

2. You URL must be referred by other websites or hubs. The more, the better chance of it coming up on the top search pages.

3. Keep updating your web or hubpages.

Dear Arun, You can submit your all of your urls in various search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN. But, you should submit only 5 number of URLS each day in the same search engines.
