well i'm no expert but i've seen my dog do this and the trick seems to be
- produce a steady controlled flow
- picture yourself as an ice cream machine only allow it out of a small hole, nice thin stream
- as it begins to leave you start to swivel slowly in circles ( not too fast though otherwise its just a spray)
or you can try the manual method and whip out your sculpting brush for finishing touches :)
