Do you need dream weaver or flash to implement ads in your website or blog?
I have been blogging for months but up to now I cannot embed ads in my blogs. I haven't downloaded any website design program in my computer.

In a Blog on Blogger, you can insert Google Adsense Ads either using the HTML Gadget OR Just use the Adsense Gadget. Just Make sure that your Adsense Pub-ID is correct.
In a website, you can insert Adsense Codes using any HTML WeEbsite Softeare like Dreamweaver, Frontpage Express Etc. ( NO FLASH). If you are doing it in Frontpage Express GO TO >> INSERT >> WEB COMPONENTS >> ADVANCED CONTROLS >> HTML >> Inser the Code and you are done.
You can insert the code at any spot on the page that you want. I prefer to display the ads at places that are visible to visitors at first sight.
