92Question about starting a dog walking business.
I would like to start a business that is strictly for dog walking in Oregon. Am I able to do a trial run, charging people for about a month or so until I decide if there is any interest in dog walking and whether or not I should pursue it? Would this be legal? Or am I going to have to bite the bullet and pay for the business license and insurance fees before I can charge anyone for my service? Experience starting a dog walking business would be great, as would any tips. Thanks!
