Just had a hub flagged 'overly promotional' how can I get it published again?
Ooops, I had 3 links to an outside web page, if I reduce that to 1 link, but don't change anything else, will they accept it for publication? Or do I have to make it zero outside links? (outside page is not mine & I can't make $ on it, just linked to it as a service to readers)

Reducing it to 1 link should be enough.

This happened to my first hub. I think you have to only have one link to a particular item. I was promoting an animal welfare group and had put in loads of links to the same site. Just edit your hub and re-submit it.
You can vote each answer up or down to show your support or disapproval. You cannot flag an answer, but if an answer receives enough down votes compared to up votes, then it will become hidden.
