Loading... Need a complete overhaul of my life in terms of health, diet, energy and creativity....
Any suggestions as to how to start?

Start with faith. I'm not talking about the mamby-pamby "belief" many try to pass off as faith. I'm talking about the spiritual state of perfect confidence. Frequently, this is difficult to do on your own. That's why I rely on God and the Nazarene teacher, Yehoshua (Jesus).
Change is always difficult, especially change that requires us to give up areas of "comfort" -- comfort food, comfort lifestyle, comfort attitudes, etc. Faith helps to overcome the "inertia" of life (the resistance to change).
Drink lots of water and exercise regularly. The body cannot cleanse itself if you don't give it a way to do it.
Stop eating processed and packaged foods. The FDA and food-chemicals industry don't want you to know that you're being poisoned. The AMA and pharmaceuticals industries like it that way, because it means future business and profits. They're not in it for the cures; cures are bad for the corporate bottom line.
Your body might also be allergic to certain foods. See a holistic nutritionist to ensure you stay away from the foods that may be holding you back.
On creativity, again "faith" is where to start. "Know" that you have what it takes to create. Don't wimp out. If you have a creativity "block" (writer's, artist's, etc.), then simply prime the pump by doing anything in that area. As an artists, draw anything in your environment. As a writer, write a description of what you see. For life creativity, volunteer. Soon, you will have more ideas than you could ever use.
On anything you do, don't let ego stand in your way. Be the child of God that you inherently are.

Why do you need a complete overhaul of your life?
And once you have your answer, ask 'why' again on it to find more details.
And then again and again until you will feel like you actually found the real big reason for doing it.
Your real WHY will keep you motivated.
They say that in achieving of anything, 90% is why and only 10% is how so do your maths...

Are you sure you don't suffer from depression? If your health is not good, you don't feel well, you have no energy you are suffering from a creative block, and you are unhappy, you may be depressed.
Try joining a class, like a dance class. It will improve your health and give you energy, as well as being a social outlet. It may even get your creative juices flowing.
As for diet, drink plenty of water. Even mild dehydration (5%) can cause energy loss (up to 35%). Fiber, in the form of whole grains, fruits and vegetables added to a diet with less than 30% of its calories coming from fat will help you reach and maintain a healthy weight.

Gotta agree with lone77star that is where it all stems from! No doubt. I wont make this long or all over the place so here! You want to feel better GO ON THE PALEO DIET! I am not kidding. Give it 30 days and you will be a new person. Why would you not? It is a night and day difference! Keep us posted!
