My answer would be to obtain your local radio station's number, phone them up send them email's with content offering your services but making them think you are an investment, this goes with any job interview, you might have to blagg a little and take a pay cut but the main thing is getting your foot in the door, sometime's local radio station's advertise "over the radio" with vacancies so keep an ear out
