Word of mouth. I have just realized that everyone has a talent, so you should ask friends and family, who does nail, who does make-up, who does hair, etc, I am sure many people will be more than happy to help you. Ask someone with a nice car to drive the girl to the prom, do not rent a limo and ask for dresses and shoes from someone rich you know, there are people that have more shoes you can imagine. I can lend you a black sandals ( just wore once), number 7, no problem. Go to TJ Max or Ross.
