You get less pop ups and distractions from Mozilla Firefox than Internet Explorer.

I use FireFox as my default browser. I use Microsucks I.E. only when there is a gun to my head. FireFox has been gaining "market share" for several years now. There are several reasons for that, including better security. There are also add-ons (plugins) for both security and internet marketing SEO.

I only use IE when I really need to. Some sites don't work with FF, luckily not many. I also have Opera for the sites that don't work in either FF or IE.
The only thing I don't like about FF is that all windows run in the same process, unless you open them with different profiles.

What if Internet Explorer was not the default browser for windows? What if you have had to choose your default browser when you have installed Windows?
I am sure that Internet Explorer will have had so much less popularity.

It is a bit difficult for me to answer as I have little knowledge in electronics. But I have heard of Firefox which is said to be faster, safer and other advantages. As I am use to using Internal Explorer I dare to try Firefox even though IE is not very fast.

I have the latest IE and the latest Firefox. I like Firefox a whole lot better. Its faster, seems safer, and more on point.
When EVER I decide to use the IE, I get frustrated because its not fast and too many error pages. However, IE has its good points, too. BUT I still prefer firefox
