Yes. The tissues of the mouth and throat are very thin, and a minor abrassion can cause transmission of HIV into the bloodstream.

Well lets see...if obtaining STDs (including HIV) is the transfer of infected bodily fluids to another potential host body, and oral sex is the transfer of bodily fluids from one person to another, and I do my math correctly, the answer is yes.

Any exchange of any bodily fluids from an HIV infected person to a non infected person, can transmit the infection. Be it saliva, blood, semen, what ever, HIV can be transmitted though all bodily fluids. Now, I'm not saying that it always happens, but there is always that risk. All bodily fluids of an infected person have the potential to transmit HIV to another who is not already infected.
