their personalities, vices, ideals, strengths & weaknesses determining which key/note/chord they would be, in what ways would that change your ability to understand and appreciate every person?

For starters, I would be less likely to want to deal with the folks that had the sound of minors or majors as my ear and personality would not find them easily understood or accepted. Much like chords, these interact differently with melody and the harmony. People like chords can be misheard based on situations in life that surround them. If only we were like keys, but then again - Thank God we are not!
