ratnaveera is right. number of hubs and score is not directly related to the earning. It is the amount traffic that matters. So you need to get the right keywords, quality of your content and then market your hubs (stumbleupon, facebook, redgage, twitter) to bring in the traffic.

I have just over 100 hubs and average a hub score between 78-80. Earnings through HubAds average $70 or so each month. I do note that the longer some of my hubs have been published, the more often one gets traffic by Google.

You are not going to earn from your score, you earn from your traffic. Even your score if 80 if you have a lots of traffic you can earn more than someone who has 90 score but have less traffic.
Don't worry much about your score just drive traffic and you will earn. And no one can tell how much you are going to earn.

Great question. I am learning myself but I think traffic plays the main role not the hub score.
RedSturtz says
I have hubs that score in the 80s and earn me barely a cent.
Other hubs with scores in the 60s earn good money.
Scores have NOTHING to do with getting more earnings or traffic.

Of course earning is not matter of number of Hubs and score. Your earning is certainly depending upon total amount of traffic that can be obtained from all of your Hubs. If some of your Hubs are indexed on the first page of major search engine results, then you will be able to make appreciable amount of money. For this you should use correct keywords in every little of Hubs and maintain quality of content so that you can get grace of search engines like Google and Yahoo.
