She was a "ray of sunshine" unless you pushed her buttons, but she always bounced back:)

"I wonder what John wanted us to say about him after he'd departed this world."
On a serious note, I'd like people to remember just how hardened I was about video games, how enthusiastic I was about horror movies and the good Doctor Who series (Chris. Ecclestone and older). I'd like people to remember me as a critic, and someone who wasn't afraid to stray away from the crowd just to have my say. I'm no attention seeker, I just want to do my own thing and hope maybe someone else can share their views and actions on it.
There's many things I'd like to say, but the most obvious of all, I know how to write a good block of text! ^^

They can tell the truth. It's all there. If they didn't truly know me, they can pay their respects and move on.

All poetic prose, and fantasy aside........
It will be my children who speak of me...........my hubby will never, ever, show his emotion. My parents will be gone, my Grandparents ( who brought me up ) have been gone for years.
So, I hope that my children, will forgive my short comings, my failures...........
I will be satisfied, if they BELIEVE themselves, when they say,
" Mama did the best with what she had and knew".................or, she never turned anyone away hungry.
I already, know, that they do not embrace every facet of myself.
Here is to hoping, that they acknowledge, that I was simply a human, with her own thoughts, sense of direction and the very best of intentions.
It will not matter what they " say ".......it will matter what they take forward in their own lives. I have given them something......now it is up to them.

I'd want people to say that I tried as hard as I could to decipher the world around me my entire life, and that in the end...I had to rely on faith in things that I could not prove in order to make decisions.
Certain types of persons hate the word "faith"...so I try to use it often nowadays.
I'd also like people to say that "yeah, ol' todd boy - if the media or the government told him that it was Tuesday, he would have to ask ten other persons who had amazing reputations for honesty to verify that claim."

Personally, I believe that what people say about me after I am dead is all up to them.
And because I will be dead and my soul will be in some other realm, I am sure that I could not care less what is said about me.

I would like to have it said that I lived my purpose out in this life and helped others along the way. That I lived my and believed in my philosophy (Jer. 29:11)That I was a positive influence on my family and friends. Oh, and that I didn't turn into a grump as I aged.

I guess that I was a genuine person, that I helped everyone that I possibly could and that I was always broke, which sadly by the way, is true.

I don't want them to say that this man is good, loving etc etc but i want them to say "this man did not give any trouble to anyone, that this man did not disturb any one's freedom. He had given them space to grow and respected them, even though he did not help anyone but did not degrade others.

I would love they don't way to that, I will feel it and enjoying it now that after I'm gone, but if somebody preferred wait to that day, I want they to said "I was a passionate woman who found the way to peace and love".
