Sadly your legs is quite a general term so to isolate such a problem would be extremely difficult? Is it your bones, muscles, joints causing such problems?

When my legs are feeling the strain of running, I usually know the reason. Are you upping your distance, maybe you've started to run more often or are tackling more hills? Maybe you could try stretching them out for longer after your run.
Don't forget to take rest days from running, that could mean taking a walk or cycle instead, your legs will thank you for it. Hope they feel good soon....

Thanks for the suggestions- I am going to try the glutamine, and no i have not changed my running patterns, and I have not tried the foam roller. I am going to try your suggestions out! Thank you!

Glutamine works really well for this. It helps reduce the lactic acid that builds up in your legs.
