The short answer is the classic night owl. One of the key problems is a 26 hour body clock instead of 24 hours. This means the person will never achieve a regular routine without sleep aides of some kind. I will be writing a hub on this.

This disorder commonly affects shift workers. It means your natural body clock is out of whack. You cant sleep until wee hours of the morning and cant wake up before noon. Your sleep patterns seme abnormal to others. You are still in the bed when seemingly normal folks eat lunch or you call someone after midnight forgetting they may be asleep (lol). You'll find yourself making afternoon doc appointments and so forth Nonetheless it may cause daytime tiredness and interupt your ability to work and go to school. I think this is normal for some but could be a sign of clinical depression in others. It is best to seek treatment if unsure of cause.
