Loading... Stronger law to crack down on organize crime?

Australia current have law that says, if anybody is seen recruiting for a gang, must serve 20 years in prison. Frequently organize crime would force existing member to stay (or just people they think are member of their gang) I say we also create a law that say forcing an existing gang member to stay must serve 20 years in prison.
