If you post a question here in Hubpages, who will earn from the adsense?
Adsense earning will be shared by the questioner or by the answerer?

I can't see any ads here, so my guess is neither posting or answering questions has a direct impact on your adsense earnings. After all, questions are for HubPages members, not for outsiders, and HubPages members probably wouldn't click on ads anyway.

The adsense earnings will be shared by the answerer and hubpages.
Only the profile score of the Questioner gets better, because they adds new titles to the idea Bank list for new hubbers to create hubs.
You can vote each answer up or down to show your support or disapproval. You cannot flag an answer, but if an answer receives enough down votes compared to up votes, then it will become hidden.
