Have you ever hit your loved one, spouse, girlfriend or boyfriend?

Nope. Not acceptable behavior. ever since I was threatened with 2x4 by my immediately after ex boyfriend, I've never found physical violence toward a loved one acceptable.

Violence of this nature is unacceptable. No one should fear someone they love. I would never hit my lovely wife, however; I get slugged quite regularly. Most of my poundings are for in approppriate touching or teasing. My wife justifies this abuse by saying I'm a moron, and it doesn't count because I'm a big stupid lug and it doesn't hurt. Or, don't be a big baby you don't feel it because you have to have a brain to feel pain. Aw, marital bliss! Peace.

No, but I've been hit, hard, a lot. I've also been lifted 2 feet off the ground by my throat and thrown on the floor when I was 6 mos pregnant. It sucked.... :(
