Paypal not supported

PAYPAL is not supported to recieve payments in uganda so I cant activate my HubPages Earnings Program (this includes the Ad Program and the eBay Program). However, I submitted my TAX information. What should I do?

There isn't anything you can do. If PayPal doesn't support your country, you will not be eligible to receive payments from HubPages.

How sad... But if you have relatives in other countries supported by PayPal, maybe they could help you?

My best suggestion: continue writing quality hubs while waiting for HubPages to create another payment method. This may take a long time but you may also have accumulated a large amount of earnings.
