150 mls warm water (mix yeast and everything below in there let it sit so the yeast can activate :) , it will swell up nicely )
1 pack of yeast or 1 teaspoon
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
some oregano or Italian herbs to mix into the base

The best pizza dough recipe in my opinion is:
3 cups plain flour
2.5 teaspoons of dried yeast
1 teaspoon salt
2 table spoons olive oil
1.25 cups water
Mix together until a dough forms
Kneed 5 mins
Allow to rise for 1.5-4 hours
Then break into 4 pieces and roll out thinly
place tomatoe based sauce on dough and precook for 10 mins
Add toppings and cook a further 20 mins
use tiles or a preheated pizza stome to cook on
