I believe the strength here lies in the ability to take control of your life. Move from the effect side of the equation into the cause side, this way you can be the one to choose how you live. It is very empowering tool to use if you are trained properly, make sure not to abuse it though. Christopher Howard and Anthony Robbins are a perfect example of this.
