I think he shouldn't wear too much hair-gel or hair products. Because if he is being romantic, we might want to run our fingers through his hair, and we don't want them to get stuck!

Men should not wear something that has an overwhelming scent. If he is just coming in from work, then he should change clothing into comfortable and clean clothing. He should just be himself and not wear any kind of clothing that he *thinks* will be impressive to the other person. For example, he should not wear a tie if he normally doesn't wear one just because he has some idea that the other one would like a tie. It will just make him uncomfortable and pretentious and that is not good for romance.
So, all in all for a romantic setting, choose natural things that makes each comfortable and then relax and carry on to the romance.

men should not bring stupid bouquets and wear too much perfume, they shouldn't wear body tops that makes there body figure show. They should wear a nice formal suit like a blazer pants and a shirt, a touch of perfume, black shoes that are nicely polished and a watch to see the time they shouldn't be late.
