What do you think it is going to take to have our streets safe for Children Again?
Can we keep people that stalk children off our streets?

More people voting for stiffer laws and penalties for those that commit those types of crimes is a good start. Educating children in how to stay safe is probably the best idea for now though. Books like "The Gift of Fear for Children" by Gavin De Becker (SP?) is most excellent.
