How many girlfriends are too many? Does the zip code rule ever apply?

If you are serious, I will give you a serious answer. More than one girlfriend is too many. It is wrong to string someone along and make them think they are the only one. Don't waste a woman's time if you don't have eye's only for her. Don't devalue her. It is bad enough that is shows you have no respect for women and don't mind leaving them feeling hurt and used. But it seems that you lack in morals and common sense in general. Are you worried at all about Sexually transmitted diseases or getting any of these women pregnant? You may not only ruin their lives but yours as well. Try being monogamous for a change, you might actually bond with someone! There is no zip code rule. Only the rule of common decency!
How to Know to Unfriend Many Girlfriends
How many girlfriends is too many.? More than one girlfriend is one too many. If you have more than one girlfriend then you have just got yourself a whole lot of friends without a girlfriend. A girlfriend... keep reading →

If it's a girlfriend, as in it's become a committed relationship between the two of you, even if for whatever reason, you don't consider her to be "the one" then she should still be the only one. Doing otherwise is breaking the trust you have with her, and is really just another way to cheat. if you are just dating, and have a casual relationship which you are both aware of and accepting of, then you can date others. Specifically date, again. Don't do other girlfriends.

STDs and the risk to your sanity aside, if you are not exclusive with any of them, you can have hundreds (just be honest and don't lie or mislead anyone).
If you are (or she thinks you are) in an exclusive relationship, then you should just have the one.
If you can't stick to the one, then don't get into (or stay) in an exclusive relationship.... the lies, drama, hurt feelings and bad karma aren't worth it.
Sadly, relationships have nothing to do with the US postal service, so no... the zip code rule doesn't apply.

B-zilla! I know you! You're a moron and you're going to get your butt kicked! You can't keep up with one girl! If you fool around you'll end up in jar at the Smithsonian! Peace-Out.

Thank you to all who have answered...
Greek One: how can I completely know what she thinks? Is some device to help me read her mind? Just because she says she thinks we're in a serious relationship doesn't mean that is what she really thinks. People will lie to keep from getting hurt, even if that means hurting others who care about them and they care about. It's human nature not want to get hurt. So, how can I know if that is what she truly wants or she is just saying it to keep me close while she is playing the numbers game behind my back? Maybe she doesn't want to get cheated on, but feels it's okay if she cheats...hmm...human logic can be twisted...
Kebennett1: You read way too into this. I never said I followed this rule. I just asked if it applies. Sounds like someone (you) has been the unfortunate victim of a zip code rule player. Why don't you and your feministic beliefs (which aren't always bad to have) take your insults elsewhere? How can possibly know if I was polygamous? How can you possibly know that I have no respect for women or have even hurt a girl by cheating? You are assuming, and assuming is for people who let their emotions and feelings take over, instead of logic. If you're going to insult someone, make sure you have all the facts.
She's the Blade: I really liked your answer. It's very not-insultish. Just straight up what it is. Thank you.
