When the spirit of antichrist actually takes on human form they will follow him, be awed by him, deceived by him, and worship him, and the reason is because they were never God's people (Revelation 13:8; Revelation 17:8).
At the final judgment, they will be cast into the Lake of Fire along with the antichrist, and the unholy trinity, not because of their sins, but because they had no Savior who took the penalty for their sins, and they had no Savior, because their names were not found in the Lamb's Book of Life.

Yes there are billions of them. All the lost and unsaved are living dead people. They are physically alive, but Spiritually dead.

All of those who do not believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God and that only through grace can they be saved from ever lasting death.
