I need to know the name of a small tree or shrub it is deciduous it is very common here in Niagara
I need to know the name of a small tree or shrub it is deciduous it is very common here in Niagara where I live growing wild along pathways I believe it to be called something like Seneca but that is not right or I have the spelling wrong but nothing shows in Google, it is flowering now it grows large red protuberances from its branches that remain on the tree even after the leaves have fallen reminding me of candles. Can anyone help me out with the name of this plant.
