I've made pita pizza before. Just take one pita, spread tomato sauce on it. Add what you would add to a regular pizza. Grill until cheese melts. It is great, an has less calories than regular pizza dough. I love it.

Take a whole wheat crust. You can buy them in the store, or you can buy a mix from Watkins. Put a little olive oil on it. Add tons of fresh veggies, basil, etc. Use fresh grated asiago cheese, a little 2% mozzarella - bake in the oven. You'll never buy a pizza again.

mellow mushrooms cosmic karma. Sun dried tomatos, basil, spinich, olive oil, antibiotic free cheese, a touch of pesto. Plus all mellow mushroom dough is vitamin enriched, antibiotic free and made fresh daily. the ingredients are locally grown most of the time and often are organic though they do not advertise this. yes the pizza is more expensive but you get what you pay for. a large pizza from pizza hut cost them 1.03 cents to make, now think about the quality of those ingredients for that price? id rather pay a little more than put toxic sludge in my body. wouldnt you?
