Yes, I could. Thanks for the suggestion Drew, I'd like to create a video and photos for it so it will take some time, but I've put it on my to-do list.
Sorry to hear you've got ITB and meniscus, I'll be sure to cove this in the hubpage, but don't put off getting treatment!
