8-pack? Let's see -- exercise both the upper and lower abs with crunches and leg-raises. That will give you six-pack abs. Then get a couple of 6-packs of beer. That will make eight.

it is all about what you eat! There are no exercises that will EVER make your abs show, it is all about having low BF (body fat). For an 8 pack it needs to be pretty low probably sub 6%, but if you are looking to just have a 6 pack you can do that at sub 10%. I was at about 8% when my abs were in full effect!

8 pack abs are very, very rare.
You will need to sheer your body fat percentage to 5% at the most, which is very ill advised (even potentially dangerous!) unless you are a competition athlete. Even then, it is still dangerous.
Genetics also plays a major role.

Not everyone can get an "8 pack." The way your abs look is a genetic thing and varies from person to person. Some guys are perfectly symmetrical while others are staggered. But most guys won't be able to get an 8 pack because their muscles aren't shaped in that way.
If you do have the definition to get those last 2, then they only way to bring it out is to keep your body fat really low. The only healthy way to do this is to exercise (lifting weights is best) and eat almost perfectly. All natural, whole foods and not overeating is the key.
