There really isn't an effective way to heal blisters that I've found. When I've had blisters, I usually drain them with a sterile needle. I leave the skin on until it hardens and, sometimes, reattaches. If it doesn't reattach, I pull it off or let it fall off. It's important to clean the blister area regularly to prevent infection. Also, to prevent a blister on a blister, use moleskin combined with BodyGlide.
