Do Beautiful Women Use Concealers To Camouflage Spots And Blemishes On Their Skins?

If they have flaws in their complexion they often do use something like foundation and/or concealer, but a lot of women (beautiful or otherwise) have generally flawless skin. Assuming women with beautiful skin must be hiding blemishes under make-up is assuming incorrectly.
