Recipes for spinach beet, swiss chard & broccoli leaves that are imperfect.
Glut of spinach, broccoli and swiss chard but the leaves have slight bug damage. I can use the stems as a side dish as they are fine but I need recipes/ideas for the leaves as I don't want to waste them but need to hide the fact that they aren't perfect!

I made a hub on this a couple of years ago - you can try my aunt's "swiss chard with potatoes" recipe:

I think these types of greens taste great braised with some stock and garlic, and served with a dollop of olive oil, too, as a side. They cook down into tender, delicious greens.
