CAN ANYONE SPLIT A ONE TITLED DEEDS PROPERTY INTO MULTIPLE LISTING IN THE ABSENCE OF A DUE PROCESS?
TO CLARIFY THE ABOVE QUESTION, THE ESSEX COUNTY PROSECUTOR FOUND CARIROSE' DEEDS SPLIT BY THE TOWNHIP INTO 81 AND 79 LAKE STREET, SUCH THAT 2 SETS OF COLLECTION WAS MADE FROM THE VERY BEGINNING OF ITS OWNER'S OWNING A ONE TITLED DEEDS. THANK YOU NOTE: LOCATION: BELLEVILLE,NJ.

I am not at will to fully answer your question as I am not a lawyer and it may be deemed as legal advice.
I would like to suggest you contact the land titles office for your municipality and inquire with them. If you are living in BC, the Yukon or most other parts of Canada, we do not opperate on a deed system. We opperate under the Torren's system which is not a deed to the property but you have a title to the land and that would be registered at land titles.
I hope that you find this useful, sorry I couldn't answer it fully for you.
