You can add an affiliate link. As regards, images/banners, you can link to the banner/image so long as it is not animated. You cannot upload a banner in HTML thus it is not possible to use an affiliate linked banner at least as far as I know, though i joined hubpages almost a week ago. Older members probably know better.

probably best not to put affiliate links in your hubpages,but theres nothing stopping you linking to another website of yours.
If you have a blog you could link to that and have the affiliate link on that page.
