Is there any way that they give me for free and I will let them advertise their product on my website. Because, I don't have the foreign currency to pay them as I live in Africa. By the way, I am a journalist and want to have my own online daily updated business media, which will be the first in Ethiopia. I am sure if I got one website it will be easy for me to make it profitable. you can do html, php, javascript.
Blogger blogs are totally free but no php.

I think you must try adsense for domains. If you have not signed up for adsense yet, I should inform you that they accept only top level domains. You are using hubpages and I think you must try for advertisements on hubpages. Later when you switch to a top level domain apply for adsense again.
Otherwise, another option is that you sign in to commission junction or clickbank and try affiliate marketing. You can get the products for free and you can advertise them on your website using text ads or banners. Thereafter if a sale is made you are granted a pre decided commission.
