I have no idea what a Watermelon Liquado is ... but when we were kids 70 years ago, what we did with a watermelon was to take a hypodermic needle filled with Vodka or sometimes Bacardi White Rum and "give it a shot or two or three". It would stand over night and next night we had Watermelon Cocktails.
