How Do Some Old Women Manage To Keep Youthful Appearance?

For some people or should I say nationalities, its a gift to look young even if they are old in age. I will use the examples of Italians. Even at 50, 60 - they always look younger than their age. I think its either in their genes or because of their natural healthy diet.

It's probably plastic surgery LOL. But really people are individuals and age in differant ways.

Like most things in life, everyone is different. We all have a different genetic code and we all have done different things in our lives that have a negative and/or a positive impact on our bodies. Smoking, drinking, sun exposure, use of moisturizers, stress, illnesses, etc. So there are many variables when considering why some people age gracefully and others look like a wise old crone. Both have a beauty of their own and should be appreciated for that. So I don't think people should have a preconceived idea of how a person has to look at a certain age. Do thing things that make you feel good about yourself. Play up the "gifts" you have been given and work on the things that make you feel down about yourself. And never judge anyone else.

looking good amounts on different things suncream everyday even if its not sunny is the best way of preventing ageing but this needs to be put on from the youth so that skin is preserved. Stress can make skin look older and increases the amount of wrinkles and fine lines. Diet has a massive impact healthy eating=healthy skin. Excersise. Treating skin with care having a good skin regime some celebs however have had plastic surgery and at the end of the day we all grow old and may as well do so with grace.

I believe a persons outlook in life helps. You would be surprised how much younger you look and feel with a good heart and a warm smile.
