Just like men, some women do and some women don't.
Also like men, individual fetishes vary widely from woman to woman. What turns one woman on will not necessarily work on another, or may even be a major turn-OFF.

Without a doubt. Women are every bit as human, and therefore every bit as diverse sexually and as individuals as men. Just because women do not necessarily vocalize or converse about their fetishes does not mean they do not have them. If women can have foot fetishes, hair fetishes, clothing fetishes, or make-up fetishes, and they also have and enjoy sex on their own individual terms, why would they NOT also have sexual fetishes, just as individual as their preferences in sex in general.
However, I must also add that not all women- like men- have sexual fetishes. Fantasies, on the other hand, almost every woman- and man- has.
