need more information if you have setup an ftp , you connect via the ftp to load html files

If its web hosting you pay for you can also use ftp or login to your website account to upload files, sometimes there are a few default html files on a http server

if its your own server find the public_html folder and create or modify your files

if its a command line only server you could use a secure shell client like putty to connect to the server

I am assuming that you have a standard hosting account so then your hosting company where your virtual server is hosted will give you some access normally by FTP ( File Transfer Protocol ).

Then all you need is 3 things:

1) Host name

2) Account Name

3) Password
