To browse free with opmin for celcom user first go to SETTING>CONNECTION>PACKET DATA>ACCESS POINT put server4.operamini.com.
after that you must create a new access point like this
go to SETTING>CONNECTION>ACCESS POINT and change
access point name :server4.operamini.com
homepage: http://wap.celcom.net.my
proxy server address:202.075.133.49
port number:80
